The academy will run on a pay-to-play model, with seasonal fees ranging between €1,500 and €2,500 depending on whether players enroll for recreational development or elite training. Importantly, each age-group squad will include five exceptionally talented players on full scholarship, ensuring that gifted young footballers from less privileged backgrounds are not left behind.
