According to the trending post, “If your boyfriend can’t give you at least 5000 cedis for Valentine tomorrow, leave him.” The comment immediately triggered mixed reactions, with many questioning whether love should be measured by financial capability.
While some users supported the idea, arguing that Valentine’s Day is a time for grand gestures and financial commitment, others criticized the statement as unrealistic and materialistic.
