Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, has cautioned his players not to relax after bagging a crucial win over Mali in the 2023 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
He said this in a pregame interview as Ghana gears up to play Central African Republic on Monday, June 10 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Ghana head into the game after beating Bamako 2-1 to bag six points from three games in the qualifiers and rank third in Group I behind leaders Madagascar and Comoros.

“One thing is for sure, it’s going to be a very difficult game. For everyone who thinks it’s going to be easy, we hope it goes like that, but it’s really a difficult game. We can’t relax now.”
Ghana is attempting to qualify to the FIFA World Cup for the fifth time and the second time under Otto Addo after he guided the Black Stars to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
