In the French Embassy’s latest press event, the news of Sarkodie’s Olympics performance has been confimrmed.
For the first time ever, this year’s opening ceremony, directed by Thomas Jolly, will be held outside an Olympic Stadium. The event will be broadcast live to 80 giant screens in public spaces.
A spokesperson from the French Embassy in Ghana has announced that the Paris Olympic Games will showcase an African Fan Zone, highlighting numerous Ghanaian artists.
During a recent event, the embassy revealed that Sarkodie, King Promise, and Darkovibes will be performing at the African Fan Zone on August 10.
The Olympics will officially commence with the opening ceremony on July 26, 2024, in Paris, France, and will conclude with the closing ceremony on August 11, 2024.
