Swedru Secondary School made an impressive comeback in the 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), defeating Ashanti Regional champions, Kumasi High School, and Tepa SHS to secure a spot in the quarterfinals.

Despite trailing early in the competition, Swedru dominated the final round, securing a total of 37 points.

Kumasi High led the competition with 35 points during the True or False round, while Tepa SHS closely followed with 33 points. However, Swedru Secondary’s correct answers in the final riddles sealed their victory.
