St. Augustine’s College, the 2019 NSMQ champions, delivered a dominant performance at Auditorium 900 on October 21, 2024.
With 73 points, they comfortably defeated T.I. AMASS, Kumasi (45 points), and Queen of Peace SHS (15 points), securing a spot in the quarter-finals.
From the start, St. Augustine’s College took control, scoring 25 points in the first round and maintaining their lead throughout the contest.
They excelled in the Prudential Life Insurance Speed Race and the Problem of the Day, further widening the gap.
Despite missing the GOIL Riddle Bonanza prize by answering only two riddles, AUGUSCO’s 73 points positioned them as strong contenders for the Pepsodent Highest Scorer Award.
Their victory was celebrated by enthusiastic supporters, with chants of “Chlorine!” echoing after correctly answering the final riddle.
