Wesley Girls’ SHS narrowly secures quarter-final spot with 47 points

Wesley Girls’ High School earned their place in the quarter-finals of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) by overcoming stiff competition from Amaniampong SHS.

Wesley Girls’ finished with 47 points, narrowly defeating Amaniampong SHS, who scored 44 points, while Ashaiman SHS trailed with 22.

The contest saw strong support from Wesley Girls’ alumni and students, who energized the participants with spirited cheers.

A delay in the results announcement followed protests from all three schools regarding the accuracy of a biology question, which was later substituted to ensure fairness.
