A Canada-based Ghanaian Gospel Artist Shares A Sad Tribute About His “Passed” Baby

Glenn Barnes and His wife Adjoa Barnes who’s been married for over 8 years took their social media to expresss the grievance of losing their newly born baby 8 years ago.

This is what he said;

Some dates are forever etched in our hearts and minds.

No matter how much I try not to remember, February 3rd always brings a flood of emotions. It should be a day of celebration, yet year after year, it reminds us of your absence. The pain never fades.

You would have been eight years old today. I often wonder-what would you look like? What would your laughter sound like? What dreams would you be chasing?

So many questions left unanswered. But God knows best.

His ways are higher than ours, and though we may never understand, we continue to trust in Him.

There is no pain deeper than losing a child. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Imani Joanne Afua Barnes. You are forever in our hearts, never forgotten. Your birth, your life, and even your passing have shaped us in ways we never expected.

Some may wonder why I choose to share this. It’s not for attention, but for healing. Grief is a journey, and remembering you-speaking your name, honoring your life-helps carry me through.

We love you, Imani.

Forever cherished, forever missed.

With love, Mom and Dad.

It’s not easy to lose a baby! Take a moment to express your concern and condolences. These kind of memories stay with you forever.
