The Electricity Company of Ghana and Ghana Grid Company Limited has disclosed a three-week power interruption.
In a press statement which says “The West African Gas Pipeline Company (WAPco) has explained in a statement that the reduction in gas supply is due to maintenance works being undertaking by a gas supplier in Nigeria in projected to last for 3 weeks”

The two companies however, assures the general public that they are collaborating with other stakeholders in the power value chain to optimize available resources to ensure minimal impact of the reduction in gas supply on consumers.
