Afua Asantewaa Aduonoum has disclosed that her first singathon attempt in 2023 was marred by spiritual attacks that weakened her performance.

She admitted that despite prayers and seeking guidance from a pastor, she struggled due to her low spiritual preparedness.

The negativity from social media also impacted her mental strength.

To counteract these forces, she and her husband undertook a strict fasting regimen ahead of her second attempt in Kumasi.

Her latest record attempt, which lasted over 120 hours, concluded successfully on December 26, 2024.
