Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo has reportedly captured Liverpool’s interest as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah, whose contract expires at season’s end.
According to Sky Sports, Liverpool’s recruitment team, including Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes, has placed Semenyo high on their list as they seek young talent to bolster the squad.
Currently playing for Bournemouth, the 24-year-old has impressed with five goals in his last 14 Premier League appearances last season and three in nine matches this season.
Semenyo has also drawn attention from clubs like Newcastle, Arsenal, and Tottenham. His ambition to play in the Champions League aligns with Liverpool’s competitive objectives, making him an attractive option for the Reds.
