A preliminary tax audit by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has assessed billionaire Richard Nii-Armah Quaye’s unpaid income tax at over GH₵30 million.
This figure is provisional and could rise as investigations continue.

Meanwhile, the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has frozen the accounts of Bills Micro-Credit and Quick Credit & Investment Micro-Credit, along with the personal accounts of Quaye and CEO Romeo-Richlove Kweku Seshie.
Authorities launched the tax review as part of standard regulatory checks, following Quaye’s lavish 40th birthday celebration.
