Bishop Salifu Amoako calls for calm after son’s tragic accident

Bishop Salifu Amoako, the father of the 16-year-old boy involved in a fatal accident in East Legon, has urged Ghanaians to stop speculating about the incident. On October 12, 2024, two young girls tragically lost their lives in the accident.

Speaking to his congregation at Alive Chapel International on Sunday, October 20, the respected religious leader expressed his frustration with the ongoing discussions. He emphasized that the accident was a terrible event but not intentional.

“It was an accident, and my son did not carry a gun to harm anyone,” Bishop Amoako clarified, defending his son from false allegations. He also expressed concern about how his name is being drawn into the issue.
