KOJO FOREX has secured a legal victory against BONGO IDEAS after an Accra High Court ruled in his favor in a defamation case.
The court, presided over by Justice Forson Agyapong Baah, awarded him GH₵100,000 in general damages, GH₵50,000 in aggravated damages, and GH₵20,000 in legal costs.
Additionally, BONGO IDEAS has been ordered to publicly apologize and retract the defamatory statements within 21 days.
A permanent injunction now bars him from making any further defamatory remarks about KOJO FOREX.
This ruling marks a significant legal setback for the outspoken blogger.
