Chef Smith renders sincere apology to Ghanaians and the entire world live on TV

It all started glorious and expected as we all saw Chef Smith as one of the highly anticipated contenders to win the Cook-A-Thon competition amongst the likes of Ekiti-based Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi, who as well surpassed Hilda Baci’s 100-hour Cook-a-thon record. The chef, on Tuesday, shared the new record on her Instagram page while celebrating the feat. The PUNCH, on June 9, 2023, reports the chef began her 120 hours Cook-A-Thon.

Rather unfortunately, the board of Guiness World Record disagreed with Chef Smith’s public statement of becoming the next record breaker ahead of Damilola Adeparusi and Hilda Baci who would then become previous winners, should Chef Smith win.

After the clear disapproval of Chef Smith’s certificate from Guiness World Records board, he had no choice than to admit his wrongs and apologize to the world. He was literally in tears together with assistant, Leticia Markekie Sankah.

New information reaching ghanamedia.net from Kesben TV indicates Chef Smith has received an invitation to USA to be the chef cook in a Ghanaian restaurant.
