Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje ruled out any involvement, stating there was no evidence connecting them.
However, the DPP has recommended legal action against Ayobami Sadiq and auxiliary nurse Feyisayo Ogedengbe for negligence.
Mohbad, whose sudden demise in 2023 caused an uproar, reportedly fell ill after receiving treatment for an ear infection.
Speculation grew due to past conflicts with former associates, but legal findings have now clarified the situation.
