Derek Boateng: Stephen Appiah could run the Ghana Football Association better than Kurt Okraku

Former Black Stars midfielder Derek Boateng believes that Stephen Appiah has the potential to lead football in Ghana as the Football Association president.

Appiah, who captained Ghana to its first World Cup appearance in 2006 in Germany, is considered one of the country’s greatest footballers.

In an interview, Boateng, who played alongside the former Juventus midfielder at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, praised Appiah’s leadership qualities and insisted he is well-suited to be the president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Stephen Appiah can run the Ghana Football Association clean and the institution will work well.
Every Black stars player has high respect for him but some GFA executives want to run down players by claiming players cant run GFA. #ghanamedia #BlackStars
