DORiSA Consult will host the second edition of its Monthly Business Advocacy Forum & Counseling Series on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, with a focus on helping businesses build stronger teams, systems and leadership structures for sustainable growth.
The live online forum, scheduled for 7:00 PM GMT via Google Meet, will be held under the theme “Building Teams That Last: HR, Systems & Delegation for Sustainable Growth.”
The session will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, students and professionals for practical discussions on human resource management, delegation, governance, leadership and organisational systems.
The organisers say the forum is designed to address a major challenge facing many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana: the transition from founder-driven operations to systems-driven businesses capable of sustainable growth.
Experts to lead discussions
The forum will be hosted by Dr. Doris Aryee, an HR Practitioner, Business Advisor and Lead Consultant at DORiSA Consult.
Speakers for the second edition include:
- Mr. Casely Ato Coleman, Senior Fellow at IMANI Africa and Global HR Expert, who will speak on HR systems that drive performance.
- Mr. Benjamin Akyena Brantuo, Government Relations Specialist at International Justice Mission, who will address governance and stakeholder relations for growth.
- Dr. Nancy Erskine-Sackey, Lecturer in Marketing & Entrepreneurship at KAAF University, who will focus on people and market alignment.
- Dr. Samuel Kodzo Senyoh, Certified Leadership Coach and Management Consultant, who will discuss leadership and effective delegation.
- Dr. Cynthia Sena Kpeglo-Freiku, Executive Secretary of Vice Chancellors Ghana, who will speak on institutional leadership and sustainability.
According to the organisers, the session will be practical, interactive and counseling-focused, allowing business owners and professionals to identify team-related challenges and develop systems suited to the Ghanaian business environment.
