Gladys Boateng, popularly known as “GAZA” and a student of St. Louis Senior High School, has narrowly missed out on a place in the women’s 200m final at the ongoing 24th African Senior Athletics Championship in Accra.

The talented young sprinter finished 8th in her semi-final race, ending her hopes of progressing to the final stage of the highly competitive continental event. Despite her determined effort and strong energy throughout the competition, her time was ultimately not enough to secure qualification among the top finalists.
