Be A Part Of Change –  The Save Ghana Fund by The New Force movement

0

The government doesn’t make the people, The New Force leader stated in a recent video about the launch of The Save Ghana Fund; it’s the people who make the government, he added.

Over the past months, many Ghanaians abroad have in diverse ways expressed a very keen interest in the campaign of The New Force for change and also for better leadership and development opportunities for the people of Ghana. On the 6th of May 2024, presidential aspirant Nana Kwame Bediako launched ‘Save Ghana Fund’, a crowdfunding platform to save and restore the nation.

The path to rebuilding and restoring Ghana to its former glory and beyond, has begun, the leader of The New Force said in his remarks at the launch. Today, I’m elated to announce the launch of our virtual crowdfunding campaign.

The crowdfunding initiative will serve as a solidarity fund to build basic infrastructure and amenities like boreholes, and in addition support with the provision of healthcare and education projects during the upcoming 275-district tour of the leader of The New Force.

The virtual crowdfunding platform presents a changing of the narrative of politics in Ghana: instead of being bribed for theirvotes, the people can now contribute to the fund and invest in the nation and the groundbreaking campaign of The New Force movement because this platform allows Ghanaians to contribute to the development of the country and the provide basic amenities all over the country.

Imprisoned and deported after advocating better living circumstances for Ghanaians, the international spokesperson of The New Force movement, Shalimar Abbiusi added that “the situation in Ghana is critical; poverty and unemployment is the norm in the country. It is time to take action. Ghanaians abroad are in a position to support the initiative of the New Force movement and Nana Kwame Bediako’s call for developmentprojects all around the country.

MzGee fires back at Afia Schwar and warns her not to ever rubbish her good works on Utv

0

Media personality and host of United Showbiz, MzGee, has vehemently dismissed claims that successful women achieve their status by sleeping their way to the top.

She emphasized that hard work and dedication are the keys to success, and people should not be misled into believing that every accomplished female media personality got there through questionable means.

In a recent post, MzGee addressed misconceptions surrounding her interview with Medikal on United Showbiz.

She shared that her colleagues, with whom she has worked tirelessly over the years, can attest to her work ethic and commitment, which have been instrumental in her success.

The post, accompanied by a video snippet of her interview with Medikal regarding his show at O2 Indigo in London, aimed to clarify the purpose of the interview, which had been misinterpreted and led to unwarranted insults directed at her.

During the interview, MzGee explored questions about Medikal’s perceived marital issues with his estranged wife, Fella Makafui, alongside discussing his successful concert.

Medikal, visibly uncomfortable with the line of questioning about his personal life, expressed his dissatisfaction, accusing MzGee of crossing boundaries and acting like a marriage counsellor.

His reaction during the interview garnered widespread attention, especially the part where he questioned MzGee’s professionalism in probing about his marriage immediately after a successful show.

This incident sparked debates and criticisms about MzGee’s role as the host of a popular program like United Showbiz on United Television.

As a result, Afia Schwar has come to attack Mzgee. Afia feels that MzGee could have avoided those questions and focused on the ones that would have projected the feat the artist has achieved hence her exposè.

Afia Schwar alleges that MzGee slept with her former boss Mark Okraku Mantey (the current Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts) during her days at her former workstation.

According to her, it is an allegation flying across in the media space that has got people talking.

She vehemently mentioned that MzGee has something under the sheet and is trying hard to cover it but she will not allow that to happen.

Afia Schwar called out MzGee to properly come out clean and react to the issue since she also sits on her show to dissect other people’s marital issues.

“I said there is more, and this is more. I’m super focused on sharing every bit of this conversation, so the discerning ones who couldn’t watch live will not be forced to believe falsehood. Evidence is the name of the game.

And oh, so we don’t get swayed, not every soaring female personality had to sleep with her boss, her superior, her peers, or even her subordinate to excel or get recognized. I have said this on so many platforms. NEVER have i slept with ANY of my bosses.

Don’t rubbish hardwork. Hardwork truly pays. In fact, those who I have worked for or have worked with me can tell that i am a workaholic.

I also believe in the power of prayer. It does wonders, so put me anywhere, i will still blossom because I carry GRACE ?”.

Kanayo O Kanayo has urged all young people to give their first salary to their fathers rather than paying tithes in church

0

Popular Nigerian actor Kanayo O Kanayo has argued that, children should rather give their first salaries to their fathers rather than giving it to pastors, as that is not the right thing to do.

Kanayo is seen in the video blessing his son after he handed him his salary, which he decided to take a part of and went ahead to urge young people to do that as there is more blessing in that than any method.

The actor recently introduced his son Clinto Mbaise into the business of filmmaking and so it’s obvious that he’s going to gain great guidance from him.

In a video shared, Kanayo said observing this culture from the ancestors has led to the progress of many people in the country. He emphasized that only a father can bless his child.

“I want to observe a culture from our ancestors which has led to the progress of many people you see today, ”Father blessing.’ Clinton my son just concluded a few production management with us and he has earned his first salary, his first salary is N50,000 for a movie.

Clinton from your pocket in the N50,000 give me N500. The first salary of a young man, he goes to his father to say Nnayi my salary is N50,000, the father may decide to take the entire money, he may also decide to take any amount and his father will now bless him.

The idea of his father asking him to know the salary is, so his father would teach him financial management.

All you going to pastors to give your salary, you are wasting your time, is not part of our culture.”
