Ghanaian actress and businesswoman Shugatiti recently discussed the challenges of managing dishonest employees in an interview with Kingdom FM.
As the CEO of Pot of Shuga, she revealed her struggles with staff members who have engaged in theft and sabotage.
Contrary to the belief that jobs are hard to find, Shugatiti emphasized that opportunities are plentiful. However, she expressed concern over the poor work ethic of some young people, who she described as unmotivated and prone to unethical behavior.
Instead of making the most of their roles, some employees have resorted to stealing from their employers and undermining their success.
Shugatiti also shared that some former workers, driven by false assumptions about her success being linked to wealthy benefactors, attempted to disrupt her business operations.
