The second week of October couldn’t be any better as another painful exit emanates from the gospel fraternity. As many are already lamenting on the possible exit of Blackstars from Afcon 2025 after losing to Sudan.
Jacob Yaw Mawuko Adjola they call him was a promising gospel artist who brought light and smiles to many whenever he holds the mic to sing. Least die people know that behind the mic was a very depressed man who was struggling with the uncertainties of his life.
In a letter h wrote before passing, Jacob stated just he had already undergone three consecutive surgeries on his testicles (possibly torsion) which could clearly mean he might never be able to give birth to his own offsprings.
As a man, such a news would definitely break you apart no matter how strong you are. Had he confided in a few people, this news probably would have been a song release or something to put smiles on his and others.
Life choices are hard to understand, but we pray his soul finds rest in the bosom of our God Almighty.
