Ghanaian footballer Mohammed Kudus marked his return to West Ham United with an important goal during their Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
After a brief international break, where Kudus captained the Black Stars, the 24-year-old forward made an immediate impact, scoring his second goal of the season.
Kudus’s strike, a well-placed shot with his weaker foot, gave West Ham the lead in the London Derby.
However, Tottenham’s Dejan Kulusevski equalized just before halftime, resulting in a 1-1 draw. Despite the draw, Kudus’s performance was a highlight for the Hammers.
Though criticized for his form with the Black Stars during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers, Kudus seems to have regained his confidence in club football.
His leadership and attacking prowess continue to be vital for both West Ham and Ghana.
