Nsawam-Accra Road Explosion: Lives Lost After Residents Attempted to Siphon Fuel from Broken-Down Tanker

A tragic explosion on the Nsawam-Accra highway has claimed several lives after residents allegedly attempted to siphon fuel from a broken-down tanker at Ntoaso.

Fuel Siphoning Attempt Sparks Deadly Inferno

Eyewitnesses say some individuals used chisels and other metal tools to pierce the tanker in an attempt to collect fuel. The action caused petrol to spill onto the road, creating a highly explosive atmosphere that quickly turned catastrophic.
