St. Augustine’s College has secured a spot in the NSMQ 2024 Semi-finals, racking up 56 points in a spirited contest held at the SGS Auditorium.
The “Rosary Battle” saw the Augustinians triumph over fellow Catholic schools, with St. Hubert Seminary SHS scoring 42 points and Bishop Herman College finishing with 35.
From the onset, St. Augustine’s led with 25 points in Round One, extending to 34 points in the Speed Race, outpacing St. Hubert and Bishop Herman.
The team maintained their advantage through the True/False round, ending with a stellar 53 points, and sealed the victory by solving a riddle in the final round.
