Why is that?
Because they will not be able to afford to pay his earnings.
Ronaldo once opened a TikTok channel. On the first day, he got 4 million views and 10 million likes.
TikTok had to close his account because they realized they would not be able to afford to pay him if he monetized it.
YouTube knows that if they allow him to open a YouTube channel, the views will explode, and if he monetized it, they would not afford to pay his monthly earnings.
Instagram and Facebook don’t have the monetization pressure.
