Actress and host of Onua Showtime, Nana Ama McBrown, has urged the public to support the Strong Heroes and Junior Armour Football Academy after observing their challenges.
The academy’s representatives appeared on Onua Showtime to talk about their commitment to nurturing young aspiring footballers.
A particularly touching moment unfolded when Nana Ama McBrown knelt down to inspect the worn-out football boots of two academy players. This emotional scene moved the studio audience, prompting “The Empress” to lighten the atmosphere with humor.
She noticed one player wearing mismatched boots and jokingly asked to whom each boot belonged. Demonstrating the poor condition of the boots, she put her fingers through the partially detached soles, which led to laughter from the audience.
