West Ham manager, Julen Lopetegui, has called on Mohammed Kudus to manage his temper following the Ghanaian’s red card in a recent Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
Kudus initially shone by scoring West Ham’s first goal but was later ejected for a heated confrontation with Tottenham’s Micky Van de Ven.
During the match, Kudus reportedly struck Van de Ven in the face and then pushed Pape Matar Sarr, leading to his dismissal.

Lopetegui emphasized that such behavior could undermine his potential, urging the 24-year-old to maintain discipline and focus.
“He has to improve his temperament,” Lopetegui remarked. “This behavior can ruin the game; I believe he’ll learn from this.”
The FA has charged Kudus with violent conduct, and he faces at least a three-game suspension, with the potential for an extended ban.
