Kingdom Citizens in Real Estate™ (KCIRE), formerly known as Savvy Chicks in Real Estate®, is set to host the Global Mandate Economic Summit 2026 in Accra, Ghana, from September 2–10, bringing together diaspora investors, developers, entrepreneurs, government leaders and global visionaries for a nine-day economic and investment experience.

Organised under the theme “The Kingdom Has Been Summoned,” the Global Mandate Economic Summit is designed to create connections between Africa and the Diaspora through real estate, business, tourism, infrastructure and cross-border wealth creation.

According to the organisers, the summit is expected to attract participants from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the Caribbean and across Africa for what is being positioned as a major diaspora investment gathering on the continent.

The nine-day experience will combine investment education, networking, real estate opportunities, cultural experiences and strategic business conversations.

Planned activities include international investment panels, luxury real estate tours, developer showcases, government and diaspora discussions, strategic networking experiences, cross-border business conversations, cultural immersion experiences and a VIP African-themed red-carpet gala and awards ceremony.

Makeda Smith Leads Global Investment Initiative

The summit is being led by Makeda Smith, Founder and CEO of Kingdom Citizens in Real Estate™. Smith is an international real estate broker, investor and global speaker with more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry.

According to figures provided by the organisation, Smith generated an estimated $29.3 million in lifetime sales volume between 2004 and 2019 through 163 tracked transactions in the United States before expanding her activities internationally.

Since expanding globally, KCIRE says it has facilitated international transactions and investment experiences across destinations including Ghana, Nigeria, Dubai, the Dominican Republic, Greece, Bali, Egypt, Kenya and Zanzibar.

Organisation Reports More Than $31 Million In International Sales Revenue

Kingdom Citizens in Real Estate reports international real estate transactions between 2024 and 2026, more than $31 million in international sales revenue including the United States, the Dominican Republic and Nigeria, a growing diaspora investor community across multiple continents and more than 250 retreat and summit alumni globally.

The organisation also says investors within its network are actively exploring opportunities in Ghana, Nigeria and the Caribbean.

Luxury Real Estate Investment Tour Planned

A major component of the summit will be the Luxury Real Estate Investment Tour, which will take delegates through some of Accra’s prominent and emerging investment locations.

The planned locations include Cantonments, East Legon, East Legon Hills, Airport Residential, Labone and Borteyman.
