LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo has officially launched its 10th anniversary edition at a reception held at the Ghana High Commission in Belgravia, London, marking a decade of connecting Ghana with its global diaspora and international investment community.
The September 3, 2026 launch was held under the theme “A Decade of Impact: Bridging Continents, Building Futures” and brought together diplomatic representatives, political leaders, business executives and stakeholders from the property, banking, legal, investment and lifestyle sectors.
The milestone comes as Ghana continues to deepen its engagement with diaspora investors and international businesses. The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre operates a dedicated Diaspora Desk aimed at supporting Ghanaians abroad and people of African descent interested in investment opportunities in Ghana.
High Commissioner Commends Expo Founders
Delivering the keynote address, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, congratulated co-founders Anna and Victoria Agyekum on their resilience, dedication and impact over the past decade.
She commended the founders for developing the Expo into an international platform that strengthens engagement between Ghana and its diaspora.
The High Commissioner also highlighted the importance of treating the diaspora as a partner in investment, knowledge-sharing, innovation and national development rather than simply as a source of remittances.
A Decade of Connecting Ghana and the Diaspora
The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo was founded in London in 2016 and developed into a full-scale Expo in 2017. It subsequently expanded to Atlanta in 2018, continued online during the COVID-19 pandemic, introduced an Accra edition in 2023 and returned to the United States with an edition in Washington, DC, in 2024.
Today, the platform brings together property developers, banks, mortgage providers, legal professionals, investment specialists, government agencies and businesses operating across tourism, trade, technology and lifestyle.
The organisers say the Expo has helped facilitate more than US$100 million in property transactions while giving diaspora investors access to information, professional guidance and investment opportunities in Ghana.

Kwaku Mensah, Executive Director of Premier Sports Talent and a FIFA-licensed football agent, also congratulated Anna and Victoria Agyekum on the Expo’s growth and international expansion.

The broader Ghana-UK investment relationship has also gained momentum in 2026, with the United Kingdom and Ghana announcing a Growth Partnership focused on jobs, trade, infrastructure, skills and private-sector-led investment.

London Expo Set for October
The flagship 10th anniversary London Expo is scheduled for October 16 and 17, 2026, at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
The two-day event will bring together property developers, financial institutions, mortgage providers, legal professionals, investment specialists and lifestyle businesses.
The programme is expected to feature expert presentations, panel discussions and practical guidance covering property acquisition, land ownership, finance, legal processes and investment in Ghana.
The Business Design Centre has confirmed the London event for October 16 and 17, with opening hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and free public admission through registration.
Accra Edition to Follow
The 10th anniversary celebrations will continue in Ghana with the Accra edition scheduled for December 18 and 19, 2026, at the Alisa Hotel.
The Accra edition will extend the Expo’s focus on property, investment, business, tourism and lifestyle while providing another platform for investors, businesses and members of the diaspora to connect.
