Twifo Mampong: 3 Dead, One Trapped After ‘Galamsey’ Pit Collapse

A tragic incident has hit Twifo Mampong in the Central Region after a suspected illegal mining pit collapsed on five youngsters. The unfortunate accident, which occurred late Thursday, has claimed the lives of three victims on the spot, leaving one trapped underground and another critically injured.
