Jérémy Doku Speaks on Faith: “When Jesus Returns, There Will Be No Second Chance”

Belgian and Manchester City forward Jérémy Doku has shared a powerful reflection on faith, purpose, and accountability, emphasizing that life should not be lived selfishly. According to Doku, his ultimate goal is to hear Jesus say, “You did well, my son,” when He returns.

“When you think about that, you realise you shouldn’t live selfishly,” Doku said, adding that eternal life is his greatest aim. His message has resonated strongly with fans, especially young people, who see him not just as a football star but as a role model grounded in strong Christian values.

The footballer’s remarks have sparked widespread discussion online, with many praising his humility, spiritual awareness, and boldness in openly sharing his faith.
