Ghanaian actor Kwaku Manu and media personality ZionFelix are among thousands of travellers stranded at Dubai International Airport after the UAE authorities closed the country’s airspace following recent Iranian missile strikes. The sudden closure led to all inbound and outbound flights being grounded, leaving travellers stuck with limited options for onward travel.
Emirates Steps In with Hotel Arrangements
While awaiting further updates, Emirates Airlines arranged hotel accommodations for affected passengers, including ZionFelix. However, the disruption brought additional challenges for travellers trying to manage their belongings and schedules.

ZionFelix Reports Lost Equipment Amid Chaos
During the airport disruption, ZionFelix reported that his backpack, containing two cameras, an Osmo Pocket 3, and a laptop, went missing. The incident has left him distressed, highlighting the logistical difficulties travellers face during unexpected airspace closures.
Kwaku Manu Also Stranded
Actor Kwaku Manu is similarly affected, with flights in and out of the UAE remaining suspended until further notice. Both personalities, along with thousands of other travellers, await updates from airlines regarding safe passage and rescheduled flights.
As tensions in the region continue to impact air travel, affected passengers are advised to monitor official airline communications and airport announcements for real-time updates.
