Elrad Salifu Amoako, son of Prophet Salifu Amoako, has been remanded following his appearance at the Juvenile Court in Accra on November 1, 2024, after a tragic car accident that led to the deaths of two young girls in East Legon.

His Ghanaian and American passports were seized, with the court scheduling his next appearance for November 7, 2024.

Elrad was recently discharged from the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) after being hospitalized since the crash on October 12, 2024.

A doctor’s report, however, indicated that although he is fit to return home, he is not fit for police interrogation. This decision followed an incident where he collided with another vehicle at a junction, causing a fatal fire.
