London — British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at the age of 43 after undergoing a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure during a holiday in Thailand.
Ubiribo, who was also known online as “Denisi” and “Ego,” underwent the procedure in Bangkok while travelling with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen.
According to evidence presented at an inquest at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, the procedure involved the injection of approximately 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at an unnamed clinic in Thailand.
Ubiribo Became Critically Ill After Procedure
Following the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife reportedly returned to their hotel and went for a massage.
During the massage, he complained of chest pain and subsequently lost consciousness twice.
He was rushed by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital in Bangkok, where medical personnel treated him for a serious medical emergency.
Doctors suspected a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal blockage affecting blood flow to the lungs. Despite extensive attempts to save his life, Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6, 2026.

A post-mortem examination conducted in the United Kingdom later identified material in Ubiribo’s lungs consistent with the substance used during the cosmetic treatment.
