Popular Ghanaian radio presenter Nana Romeo has sparked conversation with his latest take on relationships and marriage. Speaking on the subject, he urged men to take responsibility by finding stable jobs and working hard if they truly want to keep their partners.
According to him, many women may enjoy affection and attraction, but when it comes to marriage, comfort and financial security often play a bigger role. “If you’re a man and you have a girlfriend, find a job, work hard and make enough money to marry her. Women marry comfort, not affection,” Nana Romeo stressed.
He further explained that women are more likely to submit to a hardworking man who provides security than to a man they simply feel affection for. “A woman may like you or even enjoy you, but when it comes to settling down, you might lose her if you’re lazy. Many men cry of broken hearts because of this problem,” he noted.
Nana Romeo concluded his advice by cautioning men against laziness, emphasizing that financial responsibility is a major key to sustaining relationships and marriage. “As a man, don’t be lazy—work and keep your woman,” he advised.
