“It Is Not Me” — Francis Responds To Viral Allegations

Speaking in a viral video statement, Yeboah Agyekum Francis clarified that the accused individual is reportedly a Ghanaian soldier based in the United Kingdom who also uses the name “Doctor Agyekum.”

“Good evening, Ghana. Please, to anyone hearing that someone named Doctor Agyekum has taken somebody’s money, it is not me,” Francis said.

According to him, the situation has resulted in nonstop calls and messages from worried Ghanaians who mistakenly believed he was involved in the alleged fraud case.

Francis added that the pressure from the confusion has become overwhelming, forcing him to publicly address the matter to protect both his identity and reputation.

Who Really Is Yeboah Agyekum Francis?

As public curiosity around the “Doctor Agyekum” name intensified, Francis took time to explain his actual background and profession.

He clarified that he is not a medical doctor but rather a trained Medical Laboratory Scientist, also known as a Biomedical Scientist.

Beyond laboratory science, Francis says he is also a self-taught trichologist specializing in hair and scalp care while supplying barbering and salon equipment to businesses in Kumasi and Accra.

According to him, his social media journey began as an educational mission aimed at helping Ghanaian barbers understand microbiology, hygiene, and science within the beauty industry.

Over time, his simple explanations of complex scientific topics helped him gain a wider audience across Ghanaian social media platforms.

Appeal To UK-Based “Doctor Agyekum”

Francis also used the opportunity to appeal directly to the UK-based individual reportedly involved in the alleged $15,000 issue.

“That name is highly respected, so I plead with you to rectify this and return the person’s money,” he stated.

He stressed that the amount involved is substantial and urged the accused individual to resolve the matter quickly to prevent further damage to the “Agyekum” name.

Science Lesson On Brain Freeze Unexpectedly Trends

In typical fashion, Francis ended his clarification with another science lesson for followers online, this time explaining the cause of “brain freeze” after consuming cold foods too quickly.

According to him, brain freeze occurs when blood vessels rapidly react to sudden temperature changes in the mouth, triggering a sharp headache.

He advised people to press their tongue against the roof of their mouth for a few seconds to transfer warmth and stop the pain almost instantly.

“I don’t come around without bringing science to you,” Francis concluded.
