The project seeks to improve visibility for credible platforms while generating insights into the challenges, opportunities, and innovations shaping Africa’s digital media landscape.

GhanaMedia.net operates as an independent digital newsroom, delivering timely and verified reports on Ghanaian news, politics, entertainment, sports, and social issues to both local and international audiences. Through its trusted website and strong Facebook presence, the platform reaches readers across Africa and the diaspora, ensuring stories from Ghana are accurately represented on the global stage.

SembraMedia, a nonprofit organisation supporting independent digital media entrepreneurs worldwide, collaborates with Code for Africa, which operates in 26 African countries to strengthen watchdog journalism and civil society.
